You build a machine as good as the big brands.
Let’s get it sold like one.
The hard part was never building the machine — it’s getting it sold beyond your own district: the dealers, the systems, the reach. We turn a capable machine into a scaled, well-run business — selling and channel, operating systems, marketing and new markets, and the people to run them — and we handle certification so it’s never the thing that holds you back.

You already build a capable machine. The growth comes from everything around it — selling and channel, systems and process, marketing and new geographies, and the people to run them. We build that business with you, and clear the certification path so it never becomes your bottleneck. Every dealer network we build, we once sold through.
Eight ways we help you scale.
Selling, systems, marketing and reach lead — and we clear certification so it never blocks growth. Every practice is scoped around outcomes, priced against deliverables, and led by people who have built, certified, and sold farm machinery.
Dealer Network & Channel
Get your machine sold beyond your home district. We appoint, structure and manage dealers and distributors — territory and tier design, credit and demo terms, and the sales MIS a small manufacturer needs to build a channel and hold it.
Operations, Systems & Strategy
The systems, MIS and operating discipline that let a promoter scale the company without losing control — production and costing systems, business planning, and a growth strategy built for a founder-led business.
Marketing & Market Intelligence
Promote and place your machine — brand and demand generation, plus the category and state-level sizing, competitor and price maps, and subsidy / tender intelligence to point your marketing where the demand actually is.
Market Access & New Geographies
Break into markets you never thought you could reach — new-state and new-segment access, export readiness, and OEM / JV partnerships, with the channel and compliance work to back the move.
Subsidy, SMAM & Finance
Unlock the subsidised-demand channel and bank money — SMAM and state-scheme empanelment, model listing and subsidy paperwork, and bank-format Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies for lending and expansion.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing
Sharpen the make so the business scales cleanly — procurement, quality systems, cost engineering and throughput, with lean, practical changes a small manufacturer can actually sustain.
Component Sourcing & Trade
Build a reliable, cost-competitive component supply base — vendor development, supplier discovery across India and APAC, factory audits, and import / export readiness.
Certification & Homologation
We clear the regulatory path so it's never your growth bottleneck — BIS / FMCS, ARAI / ICAT / FMTTI type approval, CMVR and TREM-IV emissions, and Conformity of Production, sequenced to land approvals fast.
From a good machine to a business that scales.
We work only with farm-machinery makers — especially India's small and unorganised manufacturers. The same team builds your selling and channel, your operating systems and your market reach — and handles certification so it never blocks your growth.
Tractors, power tillers, rotavators, harvesters, balers, seed drills, sprayers, threshers, reapers — if it runs in a field, we know how to systemise it, sell it, and clear its route to market.
Factory-floor DNA.
Three commitments shape every engagement we take on.
- Engineers, not slide-writers. 01
- Our team comes from agricultural-engineering backgrounds with decades inside machinery manufacturing and the testing-and-certification system. They have walked the line, signed off on drawings, and stood in the queue at the test track — and they lead every engagement personally.
- On your shop floor, not in a deck. 02
- We embed with your team in the plant and the field — mapping processes, fixing quality and cost, and sitting with you through BIS, ARAI, ICAT and FMTTI filings until the approvals land.
- Built to outlast the engagement. 03
- Every engagement is scoped for measurable outcomes — throughput, certification, dealer reach, subsidy access — and evaluated on whether your factory can sustain it after we leave. Systems you own, not dependence on us.
We only work in farm machinery — but deeply.
Specialization compounds. Tractors, power tillers, rotavators, harvesters, balers, seed drills, sprayers, threshers and reapers — one category, understood end to end.
Four steps. No mystery.
Every engagement runs on the same rhythm — brief, scope, engage, transfer. Partner-led from the first call to the handover.

What is the validity of FMTTI certification? The complete category-wise table
An FMTTI test report is not valid forever. Office Memorandum No. 13-24/2018-M&T(I&P), dated 19 September 2018, fixed category-wise validity periods for every machine tested at FMTTIs: 3 years for the initial (ICT) report for tractors and power tillers, 5 years for self-propelled machinery and manual/battery-operated plant protection equipment, and 7 years for most implements, combine harvesters, and tractor/engine-operated sprayers — with every subsequent batch report valid for a uniform 5 years. This guide sets out the full table, how validity is stated on the report, what happens at expiry, and where real-world evidence suggests some figures may have shifted since 2018.
What is FMTTI certification? Meaning, process, cost and timeline
'FMTTI certification' is the industry name for a dated performance test report issued by one of India's four Farm Machinery Training & Testing Institutes — Budni, Hisar, Garladinne (SRFMTTI), and Biswanath Chariali. It is not a BIS-style conformity mark; it evaluates field and mechanical performance against a defined test code, and it is the document most state subsidy schemes and dealer networks check before a machine reaches a farm. This guide sets out what the certification actually consists of, how it differs from BIS and CMVR, whether it's mandatory, and realistic cost and timeline expectations.
The current farm machinery testing fee schedule across every FMTTI and FMTC
The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare's Mechanization & Technology Division has set out the currently applicable testing fee for every category of machinery tested at FMTTIs and FMTCs nationally, effective 01.04.2025 for FY 2025-26. Power tiller, self-propelled reaper, and power weeder testing share one ₹1,21,961 bracket; battery-operated plant protection equipment is priced at ₹69,732, separate from power-operated equipment at ₹1,83,102. This guide sets out the full schedule, how it differs in scope from a single centre's own detailed test-item pricing, and how to budget across categories.
Clear answers before the call.
The questions prospects ask most often — answered honestly. If yours isn't here, ask below.
- Farm-machinery manufacturers in India — with a particular focus on the many small and unorganised makers of tractors, power tillers, rotavators, balers, harvesters, seed drills, sprayers, threshers and reapers. We work with promoters, plant heads, and the engineering and sales leaders who run the business day to day.
- Most work falls into three shapes: a 4–8 week diagnostic (operations, certification readiness, or dealer economics); a 6–18 month transformation with systems plus implementation support; or an ongoing retainer that carries you through a certification cycle or a subsidy application. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute scoping call and a written brief.
- Yes. Certification and homologation is a core practice. We help you choose the right testing body, prepare the dossier, run pre-compliance checks, and manage BIS / FMCS for components, CMVR and TREM-IV emissions, and ARAI / ICAT / FMTTI type approval and Conformity of Production — through to the approval landing.
- Yes. We help manufacturers get empanelled under SMAM and state mechanisation schemes, get models listed, and structure the paperwork dealers and farmers need to claim subsidy. We also prepare Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies for bank lending and capacity expansion.
- Dealer-network and channel development is one of our most-requested services. We rebuild dealer economics, define territories, set up appointment and incentive structures, and put in the sales systems and reporting that let a small manufacturer manage a growing network without losing control.
- Yes — exclusively agricultural and farm machinery. That focus is the point: we know the standards, the testing bodies, the subsidy routes, the component supply base, and the dealer economics specific to this sector, rather than spreading across every part of agriculture.
- Engagements are outcome-scoped and priced per deliverable — typically a few lakh for a focused diagnostic or a single certification, scaling for multi-month transformations. Retainers are monthly. We write every scope in plain language, with a fixed fee, before we send an invoice.
